Delete your PromptPearl AI account
In the app (fastest)
- Open PromptPearl AI and sign in.
- Tap Profile → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email promptpearl.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my PromptPearl account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in
- All your pictures, videos, uploaded photos, characters, stories, voices, episodes and post packs
- Your credit balance, credit history and purchase records in our database
What is kept
- Automatic safety-check records, without any link to your account
- A minimal note that an account was deleted, for security
- Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple under their own policies
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the store; see Subscriptions & Refunds.
