Privacy Policy
PromptPearl AI ("PromptPearl", "we", "us") is an app made by PrimeEdge Solutions LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who processes it for us, and how you can see or delete it. Questions: promptpearl.support@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or creations to advertise.
2. Who processes your information for us
We use these service providers to run PromptPearl. They receive only what they need for the task.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. Some AI providers may keep inputs for a limited time for abuse monitoring. We choose providers that offer business API terms, but we cannot promise how any third party handles data beyond what its own terms say. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
3. How long we keep it
- Your account, credits and creations: until you delete them or your account.
- When you delete a creation, its file is removed from storage right away; a record of the prompt and credit cost stays in your history until you delete your account.
- When you delete your account, your profile, creations, uploaded photos, stories, credit history and purchase records in our database are deleted. Safety records are kept without your account link, and a minimal note that an account was deleted is kept for security.
- Stores (Google, Apple) keep their own purchase records under their policies.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
4. Your choices and rights
- See and download your data: Profile → Export my data.
- Delete creations: open a creation → delete.
- Delete your account: Profile → Delete account, or see Delete account.
- Ask us anything or make a privacy request: promptpearl.support@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or limit some processing. We answer requests within the time the law requires, usually 30–45 days.
5. Age
PromptPearl is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
6. Security
Your files are stored privately and shown only through links that expire after one hour. Each user can only reach their own data. Our provider keys stay on our server and are never placed in the app. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. AI-generated content
Everything PromptPearl makes is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Generated pictures and videos may carry provenance information added by the AI provider.
8. Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if a change is significant.
